Streamline Refinance Loan definition

Streamline Refinance Loan means a first-priority single-family residential Mortgage Loan that is originated in compliance with, and fully conforms to all underwriting criteria under, the Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac streamline refinance programs.
Streamline Refinance Loan means an FHA Loan originated and underwritten in accordance with the “FHA streamline refinance” program and FHA Regulations or a VA Loan originated and underwritten in accordance with the “VA streamline refinance” program and VA regulations.

  • Refinancing Revolving Loans means one or more Classes of Revolving Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
