Storage Cost definition

Storage Cost has the meaning set out in Clause 7.8;
Storage Cost is defined in the definition of the Fixed Cost.
Storage Cost means ARE’s total fuel grade ethanol storage, throughput and terminal costs as set forth on ARE’s general ledger.

Examples of Storage Cost in a sentence

  • The Storage Cost will be a simple average of the annual storage cost for one year’s storage reported by the Driers (BUCRA and Red Top at this time).

  • OHL agrees in good faith to, in its best efforts, find an appropriate tenant to occupy CLIENT’s vacated space - either as a result of termination for cause by OHL, or termination for convenience by CLIENT - and upon doing so would remunerate CLIENT of that Storage Cost paid pursuant to Section 7(C)(1)(b) and/or 7(C)(1)(d) on a pro-rata basis with respect to both space and timing.

  • If the Commencement Date is later than September 6, 1994 and there are ninety-seven (97) days of Landlord Delay, Landlord shall pay Tenant Reimbursed Rent and Reimbursed Moving and Storage Cost from June 1, 1994 until the Commencement Date or November 29, 1994 whichever is earlier.

  • If Executive does so, regardless of whether Executive had Good Reason to terminate the Agreement, the Bank will pay Executive a single cash payment in an amount equal to Executive's W-2 income before salary deferrals over the twelve (12) months preceding the date of termination, including Stay Bonus ("Total Annual Compensation").
