Stewardship Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.

Stewardship Services means and refers to Services identified by the parties as “Stewardship Services” in accordance with this section and include such Services as parent company reporting requirements and shareholder activities not for the benefit of Service Provider but expressly exclude any Portfolio, Origination, Administrative or IT Services.

Examples of Stewardship Services in a sentence

  • The Member acknowledges that Recycle BC may share confidential information with its administrative service provider, Canadian Stewardship Services Alliance, where the administrative service provider is bound by the same confidentiality provisions as contained in this Agreement.

  • Each day Servicer may create files detailing accounts payable ACH transactions to be paid by Servicer in connection with the Services or Stewardship Services, as applicable.

  • Each day Servicer may initiate accounts payable wire transfers to be paid by Servicer in connection with the Services or Stewardship Services, as applicable.

Related to Stewardship Services

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Stewardship means the continuing obligation to provide the necessary maintenance, management, protection, husbandry and support.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • Shared Services means shared order filling or shared order processing, or both.
