State Union means the Health Services Union of WA (Union of Workers) registered under the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA Act)

State Union. Award" means the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers Award "Consultation" is a process, which shall have regard to employees' interests in the formulation of plans which have a direct impact upon them. "Salary" for the purpose of salary increases shall mean the employee’s current rate of pay. For the purposes of Clause 10 Employment Security, “salary” shall mean total income including superannuation payment, use of vehicle, regular overtime and shift penalties, allowances and the like. “Significant effects” include termination of employment; major changes in the composition, operation or size of the employer’s workforce or in the skills required; the elimination or diminution of job opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; the need for retraining or transfer of employees to other work or locations and the restructuring of jobs. "Union" means the Amalgamated ASU (SA) State Union, known as the ASU. CLAUSE 4 PARTIES BOUND This Agreement will be binding on: The Wakefield Regional Council, in respect of employees employed pursuant to the Municipal Officers (SA) Award 1998 except any position that is a management role or specialist role employed on contract outside the provisions of this Agreement.
