This Charter is issued subject to full compliance with this Article VII as well as completion of all of the elements of the Start-Up Protocol pertaining to the physical plant and the school safety plan prior to the date specified in Section 3.01 of this Charter for students to be in attendance at the Charter School.
The Organizer shall maintain all student records using a system that is reasonably acceptable to both the University and the Organizer and under a policy that is developed and submitted as part of the Start-Up Protocol.
