STANDARDS AND QUALITY definition

STANDARDS AND QUALITY means the quality and performance of the Services, as specified in EXHIBIT C, attached hereto.
STANDARDS AND QUALITY specifically shall mean the type and quality of performance of services and the type and quality of goods and products that meet the standards of services and goods and products historically set by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or Texas TCC for their respective Affiliated Entities. Examples of STANDARDS AND QUALITY in a sentence

  • Dresser-Rand shall conduct its business under the Dresser-Rand Name at a level of quality that is not materially lower than that maintained as of the Effective Date ("STANDARDS AND QUALITY").
