Standard Releases definition

Standard Releases means releases of the FLIR UDK which may contain updates, enhancements and/or improvements authorized and made available only by FLIR from time to time in FLIR’s sole discretion.
Standard Releases means releases of the TELEDYNE FLIR UDK which may contain updates, enhancements and/or improvements authorized and made available only by TELEDYNE FLIR from time to time in TELEDYNE FLIR’s sole discretion.

Examples of Standard Releases in a sentence

  • At Customer’s request, Motorola will provide: (a) current list of compatible hardware operating system releases, if applicable; and (b) a list of Motorola Software Cumulative Updates, Supplemental, or Standard Releases.

  • IDEMIA’s responsibilities under this Agreement to provide Technical Support Services shall be limited to the current Standard Release plus the two (2) prior Standard Releases (collectively referred to in this section as “Covered Standard Releases.”).

  • Following End of Maintenance, Supplier shall be under no obligation to provide new Fixes but will (for a minimum of 12 months from End of Maintenance) provide web-based and telephone assistance (“Sustained Support”) to the Customer for Standard Releases in respect of the relevant Major Version and/or Minor Version.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Seller will provide Technical Support Services for a Severity Level 1 or 2 error concerning a Standard Release that precedes the Covered Standard Releases unless such error has been corrected by a Covered Standard Release (in which case Customer shall install the Standard Release that fixes the reported error or terminate this Agreement as to the applicable Software).

  • This will enable T2S to make a practical use of the T2S messages already at an early stage and to possibly fine tune the T2S messages before registration.Furthermore for stability reasons, in order not to jeop- ardise the T2S planning and not to put at risk the adaptation capability of the future T2S users, T2S will update its mes- sages with Standard Releases from version 2013 onwards after the last wave of T2S user migration.

  • However, if FLIR does provide Developer with any such Standard Releases, such Standard Releases shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation, the License, or such other agreement, if any, which accompanies such Standard Release.

  • At Customer's request, Seller will provide: (a) current list of compatible hardware operating system releases, if applicable; and (b) a list of Seller's Software Supplemental or Standard Releases 3.6 On-Site Correction.

Related to Standard Releases

  • Earned release means earned release from confinement as

  • Current Release means the latest version of the Software offered for general commercial distribution at a given point in time, including all New Releases.

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software provided by EMC after initial Delivery of Software, but does not mean a new Product.

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Yard, Rear means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line and the nearest wall of any main building or structure on the lot.
