Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.
Good order means that your purchase request includes:
Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.
Bond Order or "Order" means this Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;
Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.
Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;

Standard of Conduct means the standard for conduct by Indemnitee that is a condition precedent to indemnification of Indemnitee hereunder against Indemnifiable Losses relating to, arising out of or resulting from an Indemnifiable Claim. The Standard of Conduct is (i) good faith and a reasonable belief by Indemnitee that his action was in or not opposed to the best interests of the Company and, with respect to any criminal action or proceeding, that Indemnitee had no reasonable cause to believe that his conduct was unlawful, or (ii) any other applicable standard of conduct that may hereafter be substituted under Section 145(a) or (b) of the Delaware General Corporation Law or any successor to such provision(s).
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
Client Money Rules means the rules specified in paragraph 18(2)(j) of the Law which provides for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters and the Directives and Circulars issued pursuant to this paragraph, as amended from time to time by CYSEC.
Standard Certificate means a credential issued to certify that an educator has the prescribed knowledge, skill or education to practice in a particular area, teach a particular subject, or teach a category of students.
restrictive condition means any condition registered against the title deed of land restricting the use, development or subdivision of the land concerned:
Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.
Jurisprudence requirement means the assessment of an individual's knowledge of the laws and rules governing the practice of physical therapy in a state.
Final Approval Order means the entry of the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D hereto.
Product Specifications means those Manufacturing, performance, quality - control release, and Fill/Finish specifications for Drug Substance or Licensed Product in the Territory, which are initially as set forth in the applicable Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product, as such specifications may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means an order and judgment that the Court enters after the Final Approval Hearing, which finally approves the Settlement Agreement, certifies the Settlement Class, dismisses the Action with prejudice, and otherwise satisfies the settlement-related provisions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:
Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
State Standard Agreement means the form used by the State to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the State Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual “Contract Counterpart.”
