Staging Period definition

Staging Period means the period starting on the date that you are granted access to a staging version of the Software and ending on the date that is the earlier of:
Staging Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 herein.

Examples of Staging Period in a sentence

  • Tenant shall inform Landlord of Tenant's good faith determination of Tenant's estimated date of the commencement of the Exterior Staging Period.

  • For any Service Contract which incorporates four-hour replacement Services, Ordering Activity acknowledges that Contractor through Fortinet shall have 30-days from the date of Product's Registration Date to stage replacement Product in a local depot ("Staging Period").

  • Tenant, the Leasehold Contractor and any subcontractors, material suppliers or vendors performing the Tenant Improvement Work and/or assisting Tenant in Tenant's move to the Leased Premises shall be allowed, at no additional cost from Landlord, access to a portion of the designated staging areas reasonably designated by Landlord from time to time during the Exterior Staging Period (hereinafter defined) in order to stage construction materials, subject to the terms and conditions of this Paragraph 4(b)(4).

  • Delivery of such reports, information and documents to the Trustee is for informational purposes only and the Trustee’s receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Company’s compliance with any of its covenants under this Indenture (as to which the Trustee is entitled to rely exclusively on an Officers’ Certificate).

  • Upon the expiration of the Staging Period the City shall end all construction staging activities on the Building Site, and within ten (10) days following the expiration of the Staging Period, the City and its contractors shall remove all tools, equipment, construction debris and materials from the Building Site.

  • As such Ordering Activity's four-hour replacement Services shall not commence until the end of such Staging Period.
