Staff Transfer definition

Staff Transfer the transfer of staff pursuant to the Employment Regulations under this Agreement;
Staff Transfer means the transfer of foreign national employees from a foreign bank to its branch or subsidiary in Ethiopia, as determined by the National Bank.
