Stack emission standard definition
Stack emission standard means the allowable amount of prescribed air pollutant emitting from a factory’s stack per area of the land that is permitted and granted by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.

Emission standard means specified limitations on the discharge of air contaminants into the atmosphere.

Generally applicable environmental radiation standards means standards issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that impose limits on radiation exposures or levels, or concentrations or quantities of radioactive material, in the general environment outside the boundaries of locations under the control of persons possessing or using radioactive material.

Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.
