Springdale Facility definition
Springdale Facility has the meaning set forth in Preliminary Statement (4) of this Agreement.
Springdale Facility means the Springdale Landfill, located in Frazer Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania owned or otherwise operated by Defendant or its direct or indirect subsidiaries during the term of this Decree; and,
Springdale Facility as defined in the definition of “Business” herein.
