  • The Administrative Agent and the Loan Insurer shall have received duly authorized and executed (i) originals of this Agreement, (ii) originals of the Collateral Documents, the Sponsor Support Documents and each other Credit Document, (iii) if requested by any Lender pursuant to Section 2.04(e), a promissory note or notes conforming to the requirements of such Section and (iv) copies of the Tax-Exempt Bond Documents, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to the Arranger and the Loan Insurer.

  • Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument that is specified as such in this Agreement.

  • Mortgaged Property Support Documents means with respect to any real property subject to a Mortgage, the deliveries and documents described on Schedule 1.01(e) attached hereto.

  • Transport Document means a document which evidences a contract of carriage and the taking over or loading of goods by a carrier, made out in the form of a bill of lading or consignment note or of any other document used in trade;

  • Credit Support Default provisions of Section 5(a)(iii) will apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.
