Spectrum Net means Spectrum Net Profits, LLC and all of its predecessors, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, members, servants, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, independent contractors, sureties, indemnitors, insurers, or agents, past, present, and future.
