Specified Design’ definition

Specified Design’ means the specifications, plans and drawings (including measurements) of the Beach Hut including the guidelines (“the Guidelines”) for any necessary steps required for access to the Beach Hut as specified and previously approved in writing by the Council’s Head of Community Development and Outdoor Leisure and attached as part of Schedule 2.

Related to Specified Design’

  • Variable-aperture beam-limiting device means a beam-limiting device which has capacity for stepless adjustment of the x-ray field size at a given SID.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.

  • Natural channel design concepts means the utilization of engineering analysis and fluvial geomorphic processes to create, rehabilitate, restore, or stabilize an open conveyance system for the purpose of creating or recreating a stream that conveys its bankfull storm event within its banks and allows larger flows to access its bankfull bench and its floodplain.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
