Specified Closing Date Holders definition
Specified Closing Date Holders means the holders of the Capital Securities of HoldingsPAMT set forth on Schedule 1.2 and the spouse or lineal descendants, heirs, executors, administrators, testamentary trustees, legatees or beneficiaries of such Specified Closing Date Holder, or any trust, the beneficiaries of which, any charitable trust, the grantor of which, or any corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity, the stockholders, members, general or limited partners or owners of which include only such Specified Closing Date Holder and any of the foregoing individuals or entities.
