  • For the avoidance of any doubt, the Implementing Member must elect to sell, in bulk, (i) both Broadcom Buildings together if the Implementing Member elects for the Broadcom Property to be sold, (ii) both Spec Buildings together if the Implementing Member elects for the Spec Property to be sold, or (iii) the entire Remaining Campus Property if the Implementing Member elects for the entire Remaining Campus Property to be sold.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
