SPCT Functions definition

SPCT Functions means such of those NHS functions referred to in Regulation 5 of the Partnership Regulations and which are exercised in relation to the commissioning of the Services.   • critical functions means activities, services or operations the discontinuance of which is likely in one or more Member States, to lead to the disruption of services that are essential to the real economy or to disrupt financial stability due to the size, market share, external and internal interconnectedness, complexity or cross-border activities of an institution or group, with particular regard to the substitutability of those activities, services or operations;

  • Trustee Functions means the functions set out in paragraph 6;

  • Essential job functions means the fundamental job duties of the employment position an individual holds. A job function may be considered essential if-

  • Essential functions means the fundamental job duties of the employment position the individual with a disability holds or desires. “Essential functions” does not include the marginal functions of the position.

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.
