SPAECE definition

SPAECE means Sistema Permanente de Avaliação Educacional do Estado do Ceará, the Borrower’s education evaluation system applied in the years in which SAEB is not carried out, and which covers the Borrower’s schools and the municipal schools in the Borrower’s territory.
