SP Term Sheet definition

SP Term Sheet means, with respect to the SP, a document to be completed by the Customer and submitted to the Bank, which stipulates the terms and conditions for the SP, and includes Additional T&C and Risk Disclosure, and Product Terminology (if any) that are mentioned in and attached to the SP Terms and in the event the Customer is required to sign and submit the SP Order Form, which will be received and approved by the Customer according to the relevant SP Order Form.

Related to SP Term Sheet

  • standard term sheet has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • Restructuring Term Sheet means that certain term sheet attached as Exhibit B to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • ABS Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇/PSA Letters, but shall include only those Computational Materials that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by or at the direction of an Underwriter.

  • Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
