Source Code Documentation definition

Source Code Documentation means the manuals and other documentation that are reasonably necessary to use the Source Code licensed herein, including those items listed and described in the relevant Transition Service Schedule hereto.
Source Code Documentation means the materials which Licensor provides for use with the Source Code.
Source Code Documentation means all Licensed Product documentation that is fixed in any tangible medium of expression that Xxxxx uses to install and maintain the Source Code for the Licensed Products in the Field on a computer and transform such Source Code into an executable form for operation in accordance with its specification, limited, however, to such materials that are held and used by Xxxxx in the ordinary course of business, it being understood that Xxxxx is not subject to any obligation to develop any additional Source Code Documentation.

More Definitions of Source Code Documentation

Source Code Documentation means the development level documentation for the Source Code as provided to CSA by Phoenix.
Source Code Documentation means flow charts, programmer’s notes and other materials necessary to document properly the Source Code so as to enable a computer programmer to compile, operate, maintain, develop and modify the Software.
Source Code Documentation mean software written in programming languages, such as C and Fortran, including all comments and procedural code, such as job control language statements, in a form intelligible to trained programmers and capable of being translated into object or machine readable code for operation on computer equipment through assembly or compiling, and accompanied by documentation, including flow charts, schematics, statements of principles of operations, architectural standards, and commentary, explanations and instructions for compiling, describing the data flows, data structures, and control logic of the software in sufficient detail to enable a trained programmer through study of such documentation to maintain and/or modify the software without undue experimentation. Source Code and Source Code Documentation also include all modifications, additions, substitutions, updates, upgrades and corrections made to the foregoing items.
Source Code Documentation means: (a) available sub- ------------------------- programs, routines, program files, data files, file and data relationships, data definition specifications, data models, program and system logic, interfaces, algorithms, program architecture, design concepts, system designs, program structure, sequence and organization, screen displays and report layouts related to interacting with or a part of the Licensed Software, whether in human-readable or machine- readable form; and (b) available reference manuals, user and operating guides and manuals, design specifications, functional specifications, flow charts, internal use listings or manuals relating to error corrections, fixes and workarounds, file and program cross-reference information (whether in manual, guide or other format), whether in human-readable or machine-readable form.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.
