Soundtrack definition

Soundtrack means all Records manufactured or otherwise derived, in whole or in part (including using Musical Compositions from non-Picture sources), from any Musical Composition utilized in the Picture or from a re-recording, re-arrangement, adaptation, translation, derivative work or modified version of any Musical Composition utilized in the Picture, including without limitation, in whole or in part, any and all Musical Compositions and Records created by or for MVL.
Soundtrack shall be deemed to include any such compilation program or soundtrack, as appropriate).
Soundtrack means the exploitation of any musical recordings (as opposed to the musical compositions embodied in such recordings) contained in the soundtrack of any Motion Picture by means of a record album (which includes, without limitation, compact discs, audio cassettes, vinyl records and any other device commonly sold to the public which embodies music only).
