  • FreightWaves and its Affiliates make no warranty, express or implied, as to results to be attained by the recipient or others from the use of SONAR and FreightWaves shall have no liability for any use Customer makes of data from SONAR.

  • WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, CAMPUS SONAR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY OMISSIONS IN THE RESULTS OF ITS SERVICES.

  • Customer recognizes that (i) FreightWaves, (ii) its Affiliates, (iii) the respective partners and third party suppliers of FreightWaves and its Affiliates, and (iv) the respective affiliates of the entities covered in subparagraph (iii) ((iii) and (iv) together, the “Covered Entities”), each have rights with respect to SONAR, including the software, data, information and other items provided by FreightWaves and its Affiliates by reason of Customer’s use of SONAR.
