Solution Tests definition

Solution Tests means any and all tests carried out by the Customer and/or the Supplier as specified in a Work Order or an underlying test plan etc. to a Work Order, where the test has not been specifically agreed as a ‘Acceptance Test’ or ‘Final Acceptance Test’. Solutions Tests are considered part of the natural work-in-progress procedure of providing the Deliverables and therefore no legal consequences are associated with such tests and their completion. Per default all types of tests are considered Solution Tests unless and to the extent they are defined and agreed to be either ‘Acceptance Test’ or ‘Final Acceptance Test’ (in case of the latter, approval requirements and legal consequences for completing such Acceptance Test/Final Acceptance Test, if any, must be set out in the relevant Work Order).
