Sokin Card definition

Sokin Card means any Card issued to you in accordance with Part 2 of this Agreement;

  • If you withdraw your consent, we will continue to collect, use, disclose and retain your Cardholder Information for as long as may be reasonably required to perform services relating to the cancellation of your Sokin Card, to protect against fraud and for legal compliance purposes, to perform and enforce this Cardholder Agreement, to protect and enforce our legal rights and for other purposes, all as required or permitted by Applicable Law.

  • We may, in our sole discretion, cancel or suspend any features or services of the Sokin Card at any time, with or without cause, with thirty (30) days’ notice to you or as otherwise required by Applicable Law.

  • The Sokin Card is, and will remain, our property; resale of the card is not permitted.

  • You must surrender the Sokin Card to us immediately upon request by us.

  • However, if a foreign currency transaction is refunded to your Sokin Card, the Mastercard Conversion Rate used to convert your refund to Canadian dollars for the Sokin Card is the rate that we pay to Mastercard minus the Foreign Exchange Charge.

  • A replacement Sokin Card can be ordered via the Sokin App which will be linked to your Sokin Account.

  • By registering the Sokin Card with the Mastercard Identity Check service and shopping online at Mastercard Identity Check enabled merchants, the Sokin Card can only be used by you to make online purchases.

  • Some merchants (including, but not limited to, restaurants, hotels, or car rental companies) may pre-authorize the Transaction Amount for the purchase amount plus up to 20% (or more) above the purchase amount to ensure that there are sufficient funds available on the Sokin Card to cover any tips or incidental expenses.

  • No interest dividends or other earnings or returns will be paid on the Sokin Card.

  • A gross overestimation of Dmax – resulting an increase in k – would significantly increase the waiting time for transaction settlement.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Modern Slavery has the meaning given to that term or, if “Modern Slavery” is not used, similar terms (such as forced labor), in the Modern Slavery Laws. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.

  • hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

  • Smart means equipped with technology such as computer software programs, sensors and touchscreens.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • GPS means global positioning system.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.

  • Poppy straw means all parts, except the seeds, of the opium poppy, after mowing.

  • Antiperspirant means any product including, but not limited to, aerosols, roll-ons, sticks, pumps, pads, creams, and squeeze-bottles, that is intended by the manufacturer to be used to reduce perspiration in the human axilla by at least 20 percent in at least 50 percent of a target population.

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • American Express means American Express Limited.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
