  • Preschool age child means a child age three through five not yet attending kindergarten. If a child is older than age five and not attending kindergarten or a higher grade, OCCL considers that child in the preschool-age group.

  • Survivors Committee’s Professionals” means Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, Rubin & Levin, P.C., and all other professionals, if any, which the Survivors’ Committee has retained or may retain to provide professional services in accordance with Section 1103(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and as approved by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Age appropriate means of the right size, child sized, or adapted so that a child can use safely, and suitable to the chronological age range and developmental characteristics of a specific age group of children or child. This means the materials/equipment should interest and challenge children in terms of their age and abilities. Any materials/equipment with a specified age range by the manufacturer must be followed when being used by children.

  • DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.

  • Aquatic life means all fish, reptiles, amphibians, crayfish, mussels, mollusks, and crustaceans.
