DCYF definition

DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.

Examples of DCYF in a sentence

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Contract for any reason, DCYF and/or the State will have the right to enter into direct contracts with any of the Subcontractors.

  • Any such suspension will remain in place until DCYF receives notification that Contractor, including any subcontractor, is cooperating with the investigating state agency.

  • DCYF has the right to monitor and evaluate performance, compliance, and quality assurance under this Contract.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, DCYF may suspend Contractor, including any subcontractor, upon notice of a failure to participate and cooperate with any state agency investigation into alleged discrimination prohibited by this Contract, pursuant to RCW 49.60.530(3).

  • Contractor agrees that its arrangements with Subcontractors will not prohibit or restrict such Subcontractors from entering into direct contracts with DCYF.
