DCYF definition

DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.
DCYF or “Department” means the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families, including any division, section, office, unit or other entity thereof, or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing DCYF.
