SNCC Management Contract definition

SNCC Management Contract means the contract, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, to be entered into between the Recipient and a private sector firm or company recruited in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for the management of the business and operations of SNCC (as hereinafter defined) under the Project.
