Snap Site definition

Snap Site means the search and aggregation "portal" site operated by Snap at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx, together with any co-branded editions of such site that have been or may be developed for Snap's third party distribution partners and licensees.
Snap Site means (a) the default version of the Snap --------- Service, which is currently accessible through "xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx" and includes all URL's that begin with the prefix "xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx" (the "Default Edition"); (b) any co-branded editions of the foregoing that contain substantially the same content and features as the Default Edition and are developed for third party distribution partners, for example URL's that begin with the prefix "xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx"; and (c) any successors to or replacements of the foregoing (as long as all such sites contain substantially the same contents and features). The Snap Site may be operated from one or more servers, including servers operated on behalf of the LLC by third parties, provided the LLC remains responsible for the content hosted by the servers.
Snap Site means the Internet site currently accessible from the World Wide Web at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx and any co-branded edition of such site developed for Snap! distribution partners.

  • Effective upon the Closing, and subject to CNET's ----------------- execution of the assignment of Patent Rights as specified in Section 6(a) of this Letter Agreement, any Use of Intellectual Property by the LLC for internal development purposes or for internal production purposes in connection with the Snap Site ("Snap Internal Use") will constitute "Internal Use" at a single Internet site for purposes of the Agreement.

  • Snap will, to the extent commercially feasible, tag each such User originating from the Snap Site using a cookie or other similar technology to assist the Company in obtaining the foregoing data.

  • Notwithstanding the description of the Jump Pages set forth below or any other provisions of this Agreement, Snap may, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, make changes to the number, design and functionality of the Jump Pages or any area of the: Snap Site, subject to Section 7.

  • If Snap does display the Promotions or the Company's content within a co-branded edition of the Snap Site, such display will be governed by this Agreement and users of such site shall be included in the calculation of Users.

  • Snap Site lounge is served by action in response to pin search inquiry through a Snap purchase on the dual Site.

  • If the Company elects to provide any community features (i.e., free home pages, chat, greetings cards, MightyMail, email, as well as any community features provided by Snap or Xoom in the future on their respective Web Sites) within the SnapTV Site, the Company will offer such community features exclusively through links on the SnapTV Site to the Xoom Site, or, following the NBCi Closing, to the Snap Sites, with all resulting pages being on a Snap Site.

In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Offsite means areas beyond the property boundary of the stationary source, and areas within the property boundary to which the public has routine and unrestricted access during or outside business hours.

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.
