Station and Sahara Las Vegas Corp., a Nevada corporation ("SLVC") have entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions of even date herewith in connection with the purchase of land located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the "PURCHASE AGREEMENT").
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
WOj means the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Securities as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula:
The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.
SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
Depot means a place operated as a business for the collection of empty Containers.
