Slight Deviation definition

Slight Deviation means a deviation of no greater than 5% below the Hourly Wage Rate and any percentage above the Hourly Wage Rate, provided that the Hourly ▇▇▇▇ Rate remains unchanged. This term shall only apply to the Hourly Wage Rate.
