  • Licensee agrees, acknowledges and confirms that the limitations of liability set out in this SLHA are fair and reasonable in the commercial circumstances of this SLHA and that Famic would not have entered into this SLHA but for Licensee’s agreement to limit Famic’s and its third party providers’ liability in the manner and to the extent provided for herein.

  • If the applicant or family member fails to provide the requested certification or the information that may be provided in lieu of certification by the 14th business day, or any extension of the date provided by SLHA, then none of the protections afforded to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking under the Public Housing Program applies.
