Sleeping Rooms definition

Sleeping Rooms means the number 204, which is and shall be the total number of rentable sleeping rooms in the Hotel, subject to change only in accordance with Section 8, below.

  • Hotel may at its sole discretion decrease the number of Sleeping Rooms.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card authorization: Customer Signature Hotel Signature Date: July 7, 2016 This Sleeping Rooms Only (“Agreement”) is by and between Cal-Nev-Ha District of Kiwanis International (“Group” or “you” or “your(s)”) and DT Ontario Hotel Partners ("Owner"), d/b/a DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario airport (the “Hotel” or “we” or “us” or “our”).

  • If the number of Sleeping Rooms is changed in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement prior to the Opening Date, the amount we will pay you under this Section 5(e) will be adjusted accordingly such that a total incentive of $29,412.00 will be paid per Sleeping Room as of the Opening Date (however, such total incentive shall not exceed the lesser of $6,000,000.00 or 45% of the total equity required for the construction and opening of the Hotel).

  • If we consent to your expansion of the Hotel or to substantial alterations to the Hotel as it relates to the number of Sleeping Rooms, you must send us your construction plans and pay us an expansion fee for each addition to the number of Sleeping Rooms equal to the then-current per-room charge for hotels that are permitted to use the Brand Mark, but the expansion fee will be not less than $1,000.
