  • Where performance of the Skurio IAAS Services is dependent on information from Customer, including but not limited to Customer Data, Customer will provide such information in a timely manner.

  • Skurio shall provide Customer with basic online support in connection with Customer’s use of the Service at no additional charge.

  • Skurio confirms that it has in place adequate due diligence and other processes to prevent such offences occurring anywhere in its business.

  • Other than sales taxes which Skurio may be required to collect from Customer and remit to the appropriate tax authorities, Customer is solely responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.
