  • Where performance of the Skurio IAAS Services is dependent on information from Customer, including but not limited to Customer Data, Customer will provide such information in a timely manner.

  • Skurio shall provide Customer with basic online support in connection with Customer’s use of the Service at no additional charge.

  • Skurio confirms that it has in place adequate due diligence and other processes to prevent such offences occurring anywhere in its business.

  • Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no unauthorised use of the Skurio Cloud Services.

Related to Skurio
