Single Trip definition

Single Trip means only one trip to a destination outside of the Republic of India during the policy period, the details of which are specified in the Schedule.
Single Trip means and include one Trip undertaken by the Insured during the Period of Insurance from the Country of Residence of the Insured on or after the date of commencement of the cover and returning to the Country of Residence of the Insured on or before the expiry of the cover.

Examples of Single Trip in a sentence

  • A Single Trip will be paid at a minimum rate of $90.00 plus $5.00 for every zone traversed using the shortest distance.

  • For Single Trip Travel Plan, there will be no refund of premium to the Insured Person once coverage under any sections dedicated to the Covered Trip has become operative.

  • For Single Trip Travel Plan and Annual Travel Plan, the Company may cancel this Policy at any time by written notice delivered to the Policyholder and/or the Insured Person or mailed to the Policyholder's and/or Insured Person's last known address as shown in the Company's records.

  • Permits will now be obtained from Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations through an on-line service at the government website: This new service provides 24 hours, 7 days a week access to haulers requiring Single Trip - Special Move Permits for over-dimensional and over-weight loads.

  • Single Trip and One-Way Trip - no cancellation is allowed once the Policy Schedule has been issued.

  • The Benefits under this Optional Cover are valid outside India, which will be available for 45 continuous days from the date of travel in a Single Trip and 90 days on a cumulative basis as a whole, in a Policy Year.

  • Single Trip and One-Way Trip - no cancellation is allowed once the Certificate Schedule has been issued.

  • Unless the Trip Break option below applies, if You are covered by a Single Trip Plan and return to Your province of residence, the policy is automatically terminated.

  • You may need to purchase a Single Trip Plan if You leave Canada after being outside of Your province of residence longer than the maximum duration chosen).

  • The Certificate of Insurance will specify if Single Trip Cover applies to the Insured Person.
