Single Legal Entity definition

Single Legal Entity means an individual person, body corporate or other legal entity and for the purposes of the government means an individual Agency as defined under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 or an individual Commonwealth authority or company under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.
Single Legal Entity means the corporation, JV, LLC, partnership, or other type of legal entity with which the DEARNG will execute the DB Contract for this Project. A Proposer/Submitter may have a prime/subcontractor relationship with many different types of subcontractors, including Architects and constructors, a prime/subcontractor doesn't fulfill the Single Legal Entity requirement.
Single Legal Entity means a legal entity that cannot be further differentiated into units with their own legal identities.
