SIGN CONTROL definition

SIGN CONTROL. Tenant shall not affix, paint, erect or inscribe any sign, projection, awning, signal or advertisement of any kind to any part of the Premises or Building(s), including without limitation, the inside or outside of windows or doors, without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to remove any signs or other matter, installed without Landlord's written permission, without being liable to Tenant by reason of such removal, and to charge the cost of removal to Tenant as additional rent hereunder, payable within ten (10) days of written demand by Landlord. Provided Tenant is the one hundred percent (100%) occupant of the premises (commonly known as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇.) Tenant shall have the right to install one (1) sign on the side of the building located approximately at 4th floor level, there will be no additional rent charged for the signage use. However, if Tenant is not the 100% occupant of the premises (commonly known at 3388 Via Lido, [all floors]), the Landlord will have the option, but not obligated to charge for the usage of the building for signs rights.
