Shop Visit(s) definition

Shop Visit(s) means a Repair Station visit (scheduled or unscheduled) during which off-wing repair and maintenance is performed on Equipment.

  • All of the Definitions and General Conditions of the V2500 Engine and Parts excluded by the General Conditions of the Policy shall be excluded from this Guarantee except that Engine Shop Visits resulting from ingestion of birds, hailstones or runway gravel shall be included as Eligible under this Guarantee.

  • Such Qualifying Shop Visits shall be included as MCPH Qualifying Shop Visits if ESI's designated Senior Field Service Representative or his duly authorized alternate is in agreement that required maintenance could not reasonably have been accomplished on-wing.

  • DOCUMENTATION Customer shall be solely responsible for planning and controlling scheduled Shop Visits in accordance with Customer’s Engine maintenance program.

  • Shop Visits may be required as a result of operational problems, performance degradation, or engine conditions found at routine periodic inspections that do not meet the Operator limits for serviceability.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Spirit shall be responsible for all other transportation, including, transportation for non-Eligible Shop Visits.

  • During said period, Executive also agrees to serve as a director of the Company and the Institution and, if elected, as an officer and director of any subsidiary of the Company.

  • At least thirty (30) Days in advance of the Delivery, for scheduled Shop Visits with a routine Workscope, and upon Induction of the Engine in all other cases, CFM will prepare a preliminary Workscope based on its analysis of such Engine’s trends, AD requirements and any requests from AVIANCATACA, and provide a copy of such Workscope to AVIANCATACA.

  • For non-Eligible Shop Visits, terms of the STOBL apply as described above.

  • The following event summary and Tables describes the work scope baseline for scheduled Shop Visits.

  • Shop Visits at the time the Eligible Engine is inducted into the Maintenance Center(s).
