Sharklet definition

Sharklet means a new large wingtip device designed to enhance the eco-efficiency and payload range performance of the A320 family aircraft, to be fitted on the A320 Aircraft and the A321 Aircraft.   • Notwithstanding the accumulation of FH and FC on the Sharklet Test Aircraft prior to Delivery, the terms and conditions of Clause 12 of the Agreement will apply to such Aircraft as if such Aircraft had been delivered to the Buyer without the accumulation of such FH and FC.
