Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt definition

Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt has the meaning given to the termpartner nonrecourse debt” in Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-2(b)(4).
Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt shall have the meaning ascribed to "partner nonrecourse debt" set forth in Treas. Reg. ss. 1.704-2(b)(4).

  • Shareholder Nonrecourse Deductions for any taxable period shall be allocated 100% to the Shareholder that bears the economic risk of loss with respect to the Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt to which such Shareholder Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-2(i).

More Definitions of Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt

Shareholder Nonrecourse Debt means any liability of the Fund to the extent that (i) the liability is nonrecourse for purposes of Treasury Regulations Section 1.1001-2 and (ii) a Shareholder or a Related Person bears the economic risk of loss under Treasury Regulations Section 1.752-2.

  • Minimum Gain means “partnership minimum gain” determined pursuant to Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-2(d).
