Shared Privilege definition

Shared Privilege has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(d).

  • In the event of any dispute between or among the Parties and the members of their Groups as set forth in this Article X, the Parties and the members of their Groups shall use their best efforts to preserve the Privilege or confidentiality protections over Information for which they have a Shared Privilege or confidentiality protection.
