Settlement Week definition

Settlement Week means the time period commencing with the opening of business on a Tuesday and ending on the end of business the following Tuesday.
Settlement Week means a week set aside by the Chief Judge of Enugu State for Specific courts to clear the backlog of cases through means, which include referral to the ESMDC for possible resolution through mediation, arbitration, neutrals evaluation or any other ADR procedure.

  • For the purposes of this Section, the twenty-third Trading Day after the closing of the merger or consolidation shall be deemed to be the Purchase Contract Settlement Date for the purpose of determining the Applicable Market Value and the deadline for submitting the notice to settle early and the related cash payment shall be 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) of the last Business Day of the Early Settlement Week.

  • Any cash received by the Collateral Agent prior to the last day of the applicable Early Settlement Week shall be invested promptly by the Securities Intermediary in Permitted Investments and paid to the Company on the last day of the applicable Early Settlement Week in settlement of the Purchase Contracts in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Pledge Agreement.

  • Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.
