Settlement Board means the settlement board established under Article 18 of the Framework Agreement;

  • This Article shall also apply to the pre-hearings, mediation/arbitration or mediation under the auspices of the Grievance Settlement Board ("GSB"), an arbitrator/mediator, or arbitrator or the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

  • If the Union is not satisfied with the decision of the Vice President or their designate or if it does not receive the decision within the specified time, the Union may apply to the Grievance Settlement Board for a hearing of the grievance within fifteen (l5) working days of the date the Union received the decision, or within fifteen (l5) working days of the specified time limit for receiving the decision.

  • If disclosure is not provided, the party not receiving disclosure shall have the right to seek an order for disclosure from the Grievance Settlement Board.

  • Each Technical Dispute Settlement Board shall be composed of three members.

  • Either Party may submit to the Chairman of the Commission, for referral to a Technical Dispute Settlement Board, any dispute concerning estimates of the extent of salmon interceptions and data related to questions of overfishing.

  • The findings of the Dispute Settlement Board shall be binding on the parties.
