Services Support definition

Services Support. Department of Neterra consists of two teams: a) Network Operation Center (NOC) – monitoring, operational management and resolving of problems in Neterra's network and with Neterra's Services; b) Network Management Team (NMT) – activation and change of Services, in-depth analysis and resolving of specific problems, changes in the Network architecture, aiming at improvement of Service quality.
Services Support means the support services defined in this SSA.
Services Support means Support, Consulting Services or Education Services provided by HPartner pursuant to an Order Form or Statement of Work. Services does not include Subscription Services.

  • Company understands that the designation of, and restricting access to, Authorised Users is part of the security of their overall @ Work Services data and agrees that Company shall not substitute or replace any Authorised User, or add any additional Authorised User(s), except upon notice to and with the assistance of the applicable @ Work Services Support Team or Master Programme Administrator whose responsibility it is to provide for these services.

  • You acknowledge that the Services, Support Software Tool and related technical data and services (collectively "Controlled Technology") may be subject to the import and export laws of the United States, specifically the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the laws of any country where Controlled Technology is imported or re-exported.

  • To the extent applicable, unless Customer requests otherwise, or terminates Support Services, Support Services shall automatically renew on an annual basis and based on the then current Support Services policies.

  • An employee will progress to Children’s Services Support Employee (CSSE) Level 2 after 12 months, or earlier if the employee is performing the duties of a children’s Services support employee Level 2.

  • The Contractor shall provide all labor, office rent, materials, management, supplies, tools, and services required to perform all work required in accordance with Attachment 1, Launch Directorate Systems Engineering & Integration (ECL/SE&I), Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), as set forth in PWS sections 3.2 Transition of SE&I-2 Effort* and 3.5.1 SMC/LE Launch Services Support.
