  • Buffycoats shall be shipped at VUSA's expense from an ARC Blood Services Region (a "Region") to the facility designated by VUSA (a "VUSA Facility") in such manner as VUSA and ARC shall agree upon, and in accordance with the Specifications, Exhibit 2, and the delivery schedule provided with the ARC accepted Buffycoat Purchase Order for such Buffycoats.
