Services Recipient definition

Services Recipient means, with respect to a particular Statement of Work, the Party that is receiving the applicable Services, as set forth in such Statement of Work.

Examples of Services Recipient in a sentence

  • In the event that Recipient desires to receive Additional Services or requires an increase in volume of Services, Recipient shall notify Service Provider.

  • If either a R&D Services Provider or a R&D Services Recipient proposes changes in a Project, the R&D Services Providers and R&D Services Recipients for the applicable Statement of Work shall discuss such changes, but no changes shall be binding unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • In consideration of the Services, Recipient shall pay to Provider the Fees associated with the Services provided to Recipient and its Subsidiaries hereunder.

  • The Services Recipients shall cause the election of any Seconded Personnel or Administrative Personnel that is an officer of a Services Recipient to the extent required by the organizational documents of the Services Recipients.

  • In consideration for the provision of the Services, Recipient will pay Provider the fees for each Service specified on Schedule A, which fees are inclusive of an administrative service fee (the “Base Service Fees”); provided that the Base Service Fees for each Service shall be increased by five percent (5%) each year effective as of the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • The R&D Services Provider may retain copies of any such business records owned by a R&D Services Recipient following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, subject in all respects to the confidentiality restrictions referenced in Article X.

Related to Services Recipient

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
