Service Part definition

Service Part means a component or sub-assembly of a Product, excluding cables and/or all software, and is also referred to as Field Replaceable Unit (FRU).
Service Part means a spare, repair or replacement part for a Product, including any part listed in Attachment 2.
Service Part means a Licensed Product supplied to a customer upon request of the customer in return and as a replacement for a defective Licensed Product previously sold to such customer, and provided that the defective Licensed Product is replaced at no charge or without charging the customer more than the cost to Pioneer of the replacement Licensed
