Service Measures definition

Service Measures means the characteristics or features of the Service Standards as set out in schedule 1;
Service Measures means any measure designed and implemented with the primary aim of making individuals and groups feel comfortable, appreciated and welcome when attending a football match or other sports event, inside or outside of a stadium;
Service Measures means any measure designed and implemented with the primary aim of making individuals and groups feel comfortable, appreciated, and welcome in connection with a football or other sports related event, inside or outside of stadia;

  • Transpower will comply with the reporting and response service levels in Part B of Schedule 5 (Service Measures).

  • In the event that the parties are unable to reach final agreement on the amendments to Section 4.8 by the date prescribed above, then the following default provisions shall apply: o The Service Measures and Standards set forth in Attachment D-1 and Attachment D-2 shall be modified in accordance with APS' proposal to CHC dated March 18,1999, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

  • Changes in the Service Measures and Standards in accordance with this paragraph are effective April 1, 1999.

  • Service Measure means the characteristics or features of a Service Standard as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Preventive measures means any reasonable measures taken by any person after an incident has occurred to prevent or minimize pollution damage.

Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.
