COP SERP definition

COP SERP means the non-qualified COP supplemental executive retirement plans, including the Key Employee Supplemental Retirement Plan.

  • Each member of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Group shall cease to be a participating employer in the COP SERP, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Group Employees shall no longer participate in the COP SERP, effective as of the Effective Time.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
