Series E Persons definition

Series E Persons means those persons entitled to registration rights pursuant to that certain Registration Rights Agreement (the "Series E Registration Rights Agreement") dated as of January 21, 1998 and relating to registration rights granted by the Company to purchasers of its Series E Convertible Preferred Stock.

Related to Series E Persons

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

  • Series C Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, of the Company.

  • Series E Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series E Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Preferred Holders means the record owners of outstanding Preferred Securities.

  • Series B Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
